Time for a cleanse


I got my 3 Day Refresh Cleanse in the mail today. I am so excited to kick start my body and get back into eating healthy.

Dinner Menu and meal prepping

I have decided to try things a little different this week. Instead of just having out weekly menu posted in the kitchen on the dry erase board, I have also added it to our google keep app. Brian and I share notes, grocery list, etc on the app to make our lives a little easier. 
I made my menu and grocery list and went shopping. All the juices are for Ella and Brian, I am not a juice fan. 

For breakfast for the week I decided to try making cupcake pancakes put them in the freezer and reheat for the kids. 

For Brian and myself I made egg burritos. They are easy to make, freeze, toss in the microwave and eat on the go. Having breakfast already prepared and ready to go makes my morning feel like stressed and rushed.

Meal Plan 22 Minutes Hard Corps


Did my meal plan for week of 22 Minute Hard Corps. I love that it uses the color coded portion control containers. It makes it so much easier to not have to weigh foods, figure out points, or count calories. You get so many of each color coded containers a day and most is however much you can fit in the coordinating container. Such as Green is veggies. however much spinach I can fit in the green container I can eat. 22 Minutes Hard Corps also has it listed as what colored containers to eat at each meal. Makes it so much easier, but you can always modify some. 

I made my menu on Exel on my computer, then screenshot it with my phone (hence why it is so blurry) and saved it for myself and sent it to Brian. That way there is no question, "Whats for dinner?
 and is easily accessible at anytime for reminders what to eat. I need to figure out an easier clearer way to do it still. 

I made the menu based on what we already had in the house and what was on sale this week. Then went grocery shopping. I was able to get everything I needed for our menu. WIN!!!!

We have decided on easier meals, repeats for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Once we get the hang of things we can mix it up.

Hammer and Chisel Results


Yesterday I finished The Masters Hammer and Chisel. I loved the program. I have never been that girl to lift weights religiously in fear of getting to bulky. Also I never knew the proper way to lift, like reps and sets. I learned a lot from the program.
I could have done better with the program. I missed some days, my eating was not on track the whole time, and I could have pushed myself more. That is the reality.
I love that I can now say I can do more push-ups than I have ever been able to do in my life. I am working towards being able to do a pull-up. I don't deal with daily back pain like I use to. Also I am starting to get definition of muscles in my arms.
Now for the numbers:
Lost pounds- 6
Lost inches overall- 7.5
Lost inches in my stomach- 2😍
I am very happy with my results.

Meal Prepping

I took some time today to do some meal prepping for this week. Having some of my meals pre-prepped makes this so much easier and no excuse to eat crap. I took 30 minutes, that is it. I made breakfast for all week, Austin some baby food, salad for a few days, and threw some chicken in the oven to have with salad, or wraps. Quick, easy, simple meals.


I made some blueberries for Austin to eat. I make all my own baby food. He is getting moody and doesn't want to eat purees but still love his blueberries.


I love breakfast burritos. They are easy to make, and quick in the morning to take out of the freezer pop in the microwave and good to go. I put two in each bag for my serving. It leaves me filled but not stuffed and ready to hit the day head on. Especially when I am trying to eat while feeding Austin and Ella. It is better than grabbing a poptart.


Salad is always a good choice. Having one prepared in the fridge and ready to grab and eat is key. I chop up a few different greens (romaine, spinach, weird leafy stuff), peppers, carrots, mushrooms, etc. Normally whatever fresh veggies I have on hand. This will be used for lunches and dinners. I have a few different fat free and reduce calorie dressings that I use.
