Happy 4th of July


Happy 4th of July. Hope everyone is having a fun and safe holiday weekend and staying focused on your goals. Don't let this holiday weekend put you back to many steps on your journey. I am not saying don't enjoy yourself, maybe have one less drink, or only one burger instead of two.
Practice is 80/20 rule. Being 100% focused 80% of the time and 20% you venture a little off your meal plan.
We had all our Holiday festivities yesterday. Today I my chill day, relax, catch up on house work, and plan my week. Yesterday I limited to dessert to 1. I stayed on track during our cookout. I limited myself to one drink. I also hit my step goals all weekend. I am staying focused on my goals.
