Portobello Pizza

Portobello Pizza

Ingredients:
4 Portobello Mushrooms
1 medium tomato
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/8 cup diced peppers
9 turkey pepperoni

Directions:
- Preheat over to 400degrees
- Remove steams from mushrooms. Place mushrooms on cookie sheet, gill side up.
- Thinly slice tomato and place on mushroom. Add cheese, diced peppers and pepperoni.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Mushroom should be tender and cheese melted.
- Serve.

Turned out delicious. You can use whatever toppings you normally like on your pizza. I used peppers, and pepperoni since that is what I had on hand.

Set yourself up for Success

We all have excuses for why we don't do something. I was to tired, I didn't have time, I was lazy, I forgot, I didn't have what I needed.... By being prepared for getting your workout done you have no excuse. On Monday I started another round of my favorite program 21 Day Fix. It is not just work outs but it is also an easy to use color coded portion control eating system. Not only did I have to prepare myself for the workout but I also to stick to a healthy eating lifestyle. Today I am not here to discuss the food. I am here to tell you how I prepare myself to get my workouts done.
My plan for Monday was to work out first thing in the morning before the kids woke up. So I set my alarm on my phone to wake up at 630. Sitting in the bathroom on the sink was my workout clothes ready to go. Get up go to the bath room and get ready to work out.

Next to my bed I also had my water and energize. Energize is a great pre-workout drink to get your blood flowing and your body ready to give it your all.

I workout in the garage currently. On the table I have my dvd ready to pop my laptop to press play. Also my weight and bands in position.

I use a cushiony mat, which I keep in the garage, roll it up and set it aside when not in use. Have it ready to go in position. Also have the bikes, strollers, wagons, lawn stuff, etc out of my way so I can get my workout in without hurting myself.

Being mentally and physically prepared is key to making things happen. Set yourself up for success. If you fail to plan than plan to fail. I accomplished my workout before the kids woke up and it felt great to get it done and out of the way early in the day. NO EXCUSES and NEVER MISS A MONDAY
